DYAS work desk

the initial semi product for a work desk is DYAS Multifine, cut out into specific dimensions. All veneer plies are 1,5mm thick. In case of customer's request for work desk edges to be flawless without defects (kitchen worktops and tables), it is possible to produce it in a "compact" version. All veneers plies are without open splits and holes, then. An outstanding feature of the work desk is the compactness and form stability.

DYAS Work desk

Work desk is a health harmless Multifine plywood complying with the A (E1) Class of formaldehyde escape according to ČSN EN 1084 norm - by the method of gas analysis.

Applications:

work benches, kitchen worktops, kitchen tables, work desks

Basic dimensions:

Most common thicknesses are: 25, 30 and 40 mm.

Gluing:

Class of gluing 3 (AW 100) - ČSN EN 314-2
-can be used in unprotected exterior areas according to ČSN EN 636

Class of gluing 2 (A 100) - ČSN EN 314-2
-can be used in protected exterior areas according to ČSN EN 636

Class of gluing 1 (IF 20) - ČSN EN 314-2
- can be used in interior areas according to ČSN EN 636

Surface treatment:

• linseed oil painted
• varnished

Quality:

B, BB, C, CP, D
(any combination of these surface qualities on customers' requests)
